Daniel Ricciardo

Driving for Renault in the 2019 Formula One Drivers' Championship. Voted Australia’s most marketable athlete in Gemba’s 2017 ‘Asset Power' study.

Aspire Talent Group is proud to deliver exclusive global commercial management services on behalf of Formula One superstar, Daniel Ricciardo.

At the end of the 2018 Formula One season, Daniel Ricciardo announced a move to the Renault F1 Team on a two-year deal. Ricciardo, who spent almost a decade at Red Bull Racing, including time at feeder team Toro Rosso brings with him a career record of seven race wins and 29 podiums.

Ricciardo has driven Renault-powered cars for the last five seasons, which have been the most successful of his career. He’s joined a team with heavy financial backing, and a celebrated entry as Renault’s undisputed No. 1 driver.

Before the start of the 2019 season, Renault F1 Team boss, Cyril Abiteboul believes Ricciardo could be the spark needed to ignite the team on track. He said of Daniel: “We’ve put a lot of the right ingredients in three years in terms of people, resources, investment but at some point, you need something that is igniting the mixture. And that is the sort of thing I see coming from Daniel Ricciardo.”

The talented West-Australian is one of the most prodigiously talented drivers in Formula One. In 2014 when he finished third in the Drivers’ Championship, he was voted by Formula One pundits as the seasons’ best driver, relegating World Champion Lewis Hamilton to No. 2. In 2015 after that breakout season he was awarded the Laureus Sports Award for ‘Breakthrough Performance of the Year’. In 2017 Daniel Ricciardo was recognised as Australia’s most marketable athlete in Gemba’s ‘Asset Power’ study. He was also the most talked about Aussie in online media.

Daniel Ricciardo has enormous resonance with fans right around the world. His trademark smile and humble approach shine through in a sport where humility is less often displayed by his peers.
